DELIVERY;

With standard delivery you will receive your order within 1-3 working days and a signature is always required upon receipt. Delivery within the United Kingdom is £5.

European delivery - £15.00  (please allow up to 14 days) a signature will be required.

United States of America, Canada and parts of Asia - £25.00  ( please allow up to 21 days due to customs ) a signature will be required upon receipt. We apologise but we do not offer shipping to certain areas of Asia currently.

OVERSEAS PURCHASES; Please note all transactions are carried out Sterling to Sterling. 

IMPORT DUTIES/TAX; Any duties and or taxes that your country implements are your responsibility and NOT that of STIL Lifestyle.

INSURANCE & RECEIVING YOUR GOODS; Goods are insured by STIL Lifestyle in transit. All goods must be signed for by you the purchaser and upon signing, the responsibility of insurance passes to you the customer.

SIGNATURE; Stil Lifestyle will send all orders with a fully tracked and signed for service. If the receiver authorises the chosen courier DHL or Royal Mail to leave the package in a safe place or to redirect the package and as a result of this no signature is collected from the receiver, the receiver agrees at the point of authorising DHL / Royal Mail or DPD to change the delivery instruction from that of STIL Lifestyle, to take full responsibility for any loss or damage to the package. Any claim for a lost or missing package would then be between the receiver and DHL /Royal Mail. If a signature is not collected due to Covid19 and a package goes missing the dispute is between the receiver and DHL /Royal Mail/DPD.

ONLINE RETURNS;

UK Returns are free for domestic orders over £95 and returns labels will be included in your package. For orders under £95, please attach the address label included and send your return to;

Please ensure that you send the item 'Sign for' as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. 

Europe and Rest of World, you are responsible for return shipping costs and sending the item back to us - we advise strongly that you send it tracked and with a signature required as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Any Shipping costs both outbound and inbound that are not over the free threshold are non-refundable. 

Our online return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have any tags attached in their original place and the tags must not have been cut. It must be in it's original packaging and unworn. If the tags have been cut or the item is damaged it will be returned to you and no refund will be offered.

To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase so please ensure that this is included with the return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

IN-STORE RETURNS; Please return yout purchase within 14 days in it's original packaging with all tags in their original place and condition, if the tags have been cut or the item is deemed to have been worn we cannot accept the item back. If your item is accepted back you will be offered Store Credit to the value of your purchase. Store Credit is valid for one year from the given date. Refunds are not available in the store. ( This does not affect your statutory rights ).

PRE-OWNED SALES;

As stated on the Pre-owned sale section, pre-owned items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

REFUNDS;

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds;
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund shows.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts;
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Jewellery;

Jewellery purchases cannot be guaranteed beyond three months. We recommend that you do not sleep in any jewellery purchased as it is all hand crafted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
